Physical Damage
Material damages to the insured
vehicle as a result of collision, overturning or glass breakage. Apply
deductible.
Theft of the Vehicle
The Company will pay the actual
cash value, no to exceed the limit in the policy. Apply deductible.
Third Party Liability – Combined Single Limit (CSL)
Protects the liability that
the insured may incur using the vehicle, causing damages to third parties
in their possession and/or their persons.
Medical Expenses
Expenses caused to the passengers
inside of the insured vehicle due to accidents up to the limit per person
and accident specified on the face of your policy.
Legal Assistance
The Company will provide the
client with the professional assistance of lawyers for their legal assistance
to defend and represent them in the presence of the relevant authorities.
Bail Bond
The company will cover the amount
of the bail bond or guarantee, up to the limit of Liability
(Combined Single Limit) contracted by the client. Coverage
included in legal assistance.
Road Assistance
In case of breakdown the company
will provide towing service and other services offered.
